Hotel Franz far exceeded my expectations! The Hotel is nicely appointed and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool was a nice and quiet oasis to relax after a day of shopping and eating. By far, the best place I stayed while in Italy!

the best hotel i met in the whole friaul area (i travelled three weeks in many hotels!) ...the pool is wonderful and the garden is a paradise. from outside you wouldnt expect! breakfast was great with all you can imagine (better than italian average). air condition perfect and isolated rooms. no noise! the stuff at the reception and breakfast hast been really especially friendly and helpful! the girls at front office had really good knowledge and provided all information (better than tourist office:)...they printed all timetables and maps for me and explained a lot more than just the most necessary.

Just in the center have a nice pool and good size rooms. Good bar by the pool with good local wi e selection. The breakfast is exceptionally good in Italy. No parking but easy to park in near the hotel. The price is reasonable for the quality. I haven’t tried the restaurant.
Great hotel and amazing restaurant. Infrared Sauna in my room! Nice pool out back. 5 course tasting menu at the restaurant was divine! Wine selection was amazing as well! Don't miss breakfast. Loved this hotel!
